그간 홍장오가 보여준 설치작업들은 일상적인 소재를 반전 있게 제시함으로써 한없이 무거울 수 있는 철학적 사유를 위트있게 펼쳐 보였다. 작가는 《코즈믹 라이프》에서 우주적인(cosmic) 상상과 일상(life)을 독특하게 엮어가는데, 그렇게 만들어지는 이야기는 2층 주택의 흔적을 고스란히 지니고 있는 아마도예술공간의 각각의 방에서 유쾌하게 변주되며 나타난다.

Hong Jango’s past installations have showcased everyday materials with a clever twist, wittily exploring philosophical ideas that could otherwise be complex and weighty. In 'COSMIC LIFE', the artist masterfully blends cosmic imagination with the mundanity of daily life, resulting in whimsical narratives that are artfully transformed in every room of the Amado Art Space, which retains the traces of a two–story house.
